Celebrating the life of Nathan John Milinowicz:
June 16, 1976 – March 7, 2025
Known for his kind heart, gentle nature, and charming smile, Nate touched everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. A natural mechanic since childhood, he found joy in sharing his expertise as an instructor. Nathan leaves behind his loving parents, Linda and Thomas Milinowicz; siblings Jennifer, Zachary and Katelyn, and Liana Wolfe (with husband Kevin Wolfe); as well as nieces Amaya Milinowicz, Willamina Wolfe, and Ellis Wolfe. To honor Nate’s deep affection for cats, the family donated to Little Brook Farm’s cat cottages in his memory.
A resident of Texas for the last 20 years, he was loving, gentle and kind, very smart and could fix anything. He bought his mom her first computer and spent many hours guiding her (on the phone) how to undo mistakes she would make. Zak and Katelyn flew down and brought Nate and his beloved kitty, Blaze, back home. The family is comforted by the many memories they’ve made together and are taking advice from this lovely poem to keep his love and time on earth in their hearts.
From Donna Ashworth “Loss”
On those days -
On those days
When you miss someone the most
as though your memories
are sharp enough
to slice through skin and bone
remember how they loved you.
Remember how they loved you
And do that
for yourself.
In their name
in their honor.
Love yourself
as they loved you.
They would like that.
